You wanted to discuss gentrification, and now, again, you insinuated that gentrification takes place in tiny quaint medieval European towns.

But, to be methodologically or at least terminologically consistent I must ask you to keep in mind that, when you use the very modern term «gentrification», so it is your task to give us contemporary examples where exactly this happens.

Dude, I'm not talking about a couple moving into a fixer upper, that's now how it works. 'They' are generally the owners of swaths of housing on city blocks. Landlord we used to have owned god only knows how many, although he was just starting the process.
