just checked out the dvd from my local library and it is really a fun movie. just wondered if any aussie brothers were around the filming of this movie back in the early 90s. there are few bar scenes and just thinking some of you might have been a part of the these crowds.

Priscilla has now been transferred to the stage and from all reports, is absolutely wonderful. I was not around when they made the film.

great flick - I loved it - same goes for "Tu Wong Foo - Thanks for the memories Julie Newmar!" Both great flicks - lots of fun...

Everyone's going to hate me...

I haven't seen it yet...But it is on the list...

oh in that movie you see a sign that says the name of the town i used to live in its kinda strange that every kid in Port Augusta has seen that movie though ;)

It's 'To Wong Foo, Thanks For Everything, Julie Newmar.'

Who's Julie Newmar?

i wasn't in Priscilla but it was important to me as an australian, coz i was living in the USA in 1995/1996 when it came out first came out on video, and the japanese couple who lived next to us invited us to watch it with them!!!!!

It was so shocking that they had rented it coz they were so quiet and convservative and always kept to themselves. i can't remember if they enjoyed the movie...
