Awesome Movie Scenes!

Normally, I don't go for martial art movies.

But, "Ip Man", from 2008 is different.

This is the story of the man that trained Bruce Lee, using a Chinese style of martial art this more self-defense and less attack overall.

This is one of the most amazing movie scenes! Just the level of acting alone makes this a unique movie.

I laughed so hard ti hurt when I saw this...Little Miss Sunshine...

Mention of "Life of Brian" earlier reminds me of the "Biggus Dickus" scene ("I have a vewwy gweat fwiend in Wome called Biggus Dickus") ... Dunno about "awesome" but certainly "hilarious" ... :) ...

Here's a scene from "Murder by Death" in which one character reveals that the butler is completely missing: "Stripped naked and his clothes left in his place." Maggie Smith says: "I don't understand. Why would anybody want to steal a dead naked body?" to which David Niven replies "Well dear, there are people who ...." (he whispers in her ear) ... To which Maggie replies: "Oh, that's tacky, that's really tacky" ... :) ... An unmissable movie! ...

OMG - I woke up this morning thinking about, "Murder by Death"! You are a mind reader!

Here's an amazing scene from the 1957 movie, "A Face in the Crowd". Andy Griffith is an entertainer that doesn't know his mic is on and his real opinion of the television audience is being broadcast around the country!

This is a bit bold for 1933! ... King Henry VIII married Anne of Cleves on the strength of a Holbein portrait. She didn't fancy marrying Henry at all and when he met her, he was so repelled that he couldn't get it up on the wedding night. Consequently, due to the non-consummation of the marriage, she was never crowned Queen of England and the marriage was annulled. In this scene from "The Private Life of Henry VIII," Anne (played by Elsa Lanchester) affects not to know how babies are born, so the King (Charles Laughton) explains that "when a hen lays an egg, it's not entirely her own doing." She still doesn't know what he's talking about, so they play cards instead! ...

'The Beast Within' has this scene where a teenager, born as a result of his mother being raped by a monster whilst unconscious in a forest years earlier, has the "beast within" emerge from his body whilst in hospital. The actor (Paul Clemens) had to undergo some nasty special make-up effects in this movie, so be warned ...

That's amazing biff30xx, and you've just reminded me of a scene I hadn't thought about in years!

Remember the movie, "Daybreakers", from 2010 and the awesome "blood coffee" scene?
