Ok, I listened to it and I have no idea why it took 2-3 years and a lot of tracklist changes to come with this piece of shit. The album is really really bad, it has 4-5 good tunes and 3 of them were released in the past 2 years so I´m not sure why they made the album cut. Miss Amor sounds good, it´s definitely one of the next singles.

I think they obsessed so much over doing the anti-mainstream thing that they didn´t pay much attention to the actual songs, but on the production. 4/10

Azealia Banks Responds to Criticism Over ‘Whiteface’ Photo

In her latest episode of social media controversy, the Harlem rapper dismissed criticism brought on by a photo she posted on Instagram yesterday (Jan. 2).

The image, which is captioned “Whiteface,” features Banks’s face covered in white makeup, causing many commenters to question her motive. She later explained on Twitter that the look had nothing to do with race. It was actually from a video shoot for the song "Ice Princess" off her Broke With Expensive Taste debut. “This was not white face, this is my Ice Princess makeup. Calm tf down. LOL.”

CONFIRMED: AZEALIA BANKS IN APRIL 2015 ISSUE OF PLAYBOY

Azealia Banks will appear on the cover of Playboy and in a nude pictorial in the April 2015 issue of the magazine. The badass rapper from Harlem poses, according to editors, in a “frisky pictorial that’s sure to break the Internet.” In addition to the photo spread, Rob Tannebaum talks to Banks in a no-holds-barred interview.

So, that should be fun.

Azealia Banks might have quit Twitter for Lent, but she’s still making waves in a new interview with Playboy.

Reacting to criticism about her frequent Twitter rants and in-your-face musings, Banks says she’s been pigeonholed and stereotyped before firing off (again) at what she finds wrong with this country.

“It’s always about race,” she said. “Lorde can run her mouth and talk shit about all these other bitches, but y’all aren’t saying she’s angry. If I have something to say, I get pushed into the corner.”

Asked about whether she feels at odd with the United States, Banks agreed quickly before deriding “fat white Americans” as a whole.

“I hate everything about this country,” she said. “Like, I hate fat white Americans. All the people who are crunched into the middle of America, the real fat and meat of America, are these racist conservative white people who live on their farms. Those little teenage girls who work at Kmart and have a racist grandma—that’s really America.”

I LOVE Azealia!!!!!! I get that she's not for everyone but I love her, and I get judged for it because according to some people I can't listen to her cause I'm white -_- she shared a drawing I did of her on Twitter once :D
