Hi guys. What do you use go stretch your balls? Try to stretch but balls don't become hanged. Ideas or objects to use?

Question for guys that stretch: I the effect permanant or temporary? I'd love to have low hangers, but it seems like a lot of work if they are just going to tighten up again.
