I think everyone sensible has this anxiety! I used to bb a lot when I was younger - totally reckless and stupid and I with I hadn't even tho I'm neg. I tested at 3 months, 6 months and 12 months. All Negative. But it was a miserable year.

I'll bareback only with someone I trust and have been dating, and there should be a mutual hiv test involved before any bareback activity happens. Insist on honesty in the bb relationship. I'd agree - BareBack is never really safe. I'll only do it with people I trust a lot and/or have known a long time. Also who I know to never Bareback with others on a casual basis - which I never do - not matter how "clean" they insist they are.

In fact the only reason I'd BareBack with someone anyway is to be able to do piss enemas with them - which is very difficult with a condom. A condom makes no real difference to how ordinary "Vanilla" fucking feels - so I can't see why not use them.
