I don’t much worry about ‘fake’ orgasms. Some of the better internals I’ve seen have featured the guy (with face!!!) cumming, and then another shot of his dick twitching as it unloads, plus a creampie shot after.

Unless the guy is an Oscar nominee, I’ve yet to see many actors that can convincingly fake an orgasm on command. And if they can… then why would I care? If I believe it, than kudos to them. Porn is fantasy anyway, I have no illusions about what I’m paying for.

But even more than setting up the proper shots, it is important to get actors who are at least half into what they are doing. I know that there are some studios that do the AIMS testing, and others that make no bones about hiring Poz guys. To each their own, or none, as it were. Just keep doing what you do best.
