By "revamped" I presume you're referring to the fact that the series was done once before... generally badly.

I used to watch reruns with some friends. We called it "Mormons in Space", because many episodes had dialogue taken straight from various Mormon writings, and in some episodes almost the whole thing was from Mormon writings!

The new version is inconceivably better, for those who never saw the first one.
 
i was wondering did the original BSG have a complete ending???

p.s. i dont want to knwo what it is if it did, as im sitll only on second season of new BSG!
 
Drat -- I've been sitting here three full seconds, and can't recall.
Seems to me they threw together some sort of sloppy excuse for an ending because the show was getting cancelled.

Now I want to know, too.

I remember watching what had to be the last season when I was 12 or so. I remember they actually made it to earth only to discover that they were to advanced to just announce their presence. I remember Starbuck and Apolo riding around on futuristic motorcycles. Like I said it had to be the last season. I wonder why we've not seen its revival on DVD with the sucess of the new show?

Second half of season 3 starts next Sunday, January 21st, at 10pm Eastern, 9pm central.

in battlestar galictica, the blonde one, who is also known as 6, the one whos in the doctors mind (im still on season 2 so i dont know if shes got a name yet) does the cdoctor or anywone in battlestar galcaxtica ever fuind out if 6 has a real nme or does she just go by as 6???

I could be totally wrong here, but I think her name is simply "Six" as she is the sixth of 12 Cylon 'human' models.

Hopefully! This third season started off sort of slow. The episodes leading up to the winter break were pretty good. I have a feeling that Sunday will do them some real good. Its been mentioned before that the X-Files went from a culty, Friday night program into a bona fide hit when it moved to Sundays. So lets keep those fingers crossed! And don't Tivo it! Watch it in real time!
