Hey Bros,

Has anyone had any problems using Bearroulette.com recently? I am not sure if it was my latest flash player update or what caused the issue. But I can only see my webcam, not the "partner" cam, even though the text window below my cam states "Connected".

I tried going back to an earlier flash version, changing from 64-bit to 32-bit, using different browsers, like firefox, chrome, etc. Just haven't been able to figure it out.

I use Mac OS X Lion 10.7 with the latest adobe flash 11.6. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have been having problems also with a couple of the webcam sites. Not sure what the problem is.

Good to here that the problem may not be my Mac. All of the chat sites linked to Bearporn.com, like DaddyChatRoulette.com and BearRoulette, for some reason, stopped working for me. I assumed it was my flash player update that caused it, but now, I think that the problem may be with the sites themselves.

It actually worked for a few minutes last night - but then crapped out again.

Damn! Sorry I missed it, Bro. I just tried the site and it's still malfunctioning for me. Bearroulette usually had at the most 70 people on it at any time. Today, it showed 213 people were using it, which is way off the usual. But, it could be the number is correct, and their servers can't handle to many users at any given time? Thanks for the tip, I will keep checking.

I gave up on it. Which is a shame cuz I found a few hot guys to cam with over the last year. I switch browsers, installed several old versions of Flash Player (going back to 10.0), even tried it on Windows. I had some luck on Manroulette but you gotta sift through a lot of twinks who next you instantly if you're a bear.

I eventually gave up on it too after trying to revert to an earlier flash version too. It just seemed weird to me that the day I performed the flash update, Bearroulette.com went berserk. I tried Manroulette before Bearroulette, but you are totally right about the twinks. Oddly they would stay on my cam, but super skinny dudes are not the most exciting to me.

Hey, dudes, just to update. Weirdly, it seems the site was working yesterday and today almost, normally. A little annoying to have Bear Roulette click "next" on its own, but was sort of fun today.

Hmmmm, I am not sure. I have the latest flash player for Mac OS X, v. 11.6. Earlier versions of Flash did not allow the site to work for me. DaddyChatRoulette.com is still down, but BearRoulette.com is working for me, somehow.

It always seemed to me that the problem with the site stemmed from a possible server problem, instead of a flash problem. Since, the average number of webcams on the site was usually 40-60, when the number went above 150 cams, maybe that could have caused a problem.

It was working for a little while the other day - not perfectly, but still working.

No, its still not working. At this point i'm done. I don't like having Flash at all, let alone an ancient version, just to cam. If it won't work on the latest version of Chrome with its built in Flash, then forget it.

Any web devs out there want to get to work on a replacement?

I've been staving off the new Flash update due to all of the weirdness that follows when I log-in to my fav sites. I haven't been able to use my webcam with Google Chrome for about the last 6 months now. When my cam starts to open, the browser crashes.

I used Safari with BearRoulette last night, for some reason it worked.
