Beating the Belly! Please Help!

What are your eating habbits like?
What exercise do you do?

We need to know what you are doing at the moment before we can point you in the right direction.
 
You can't really focus eliminate a big belly. You CAN tone it doing a variety of abdominal exercises and weight-resistant training. But if there is fat, that will not go away from this. It may pull in your waist a little from toning, but don't rely on that.

You don't, from your photos, appear to have that big of a belly anyway. But if you want to trim off those remaining pounds, the two ways are 1) Cardiovascular exercise, and 2) Healthier diet.

The best is a combination of them both, but it can be done with just one if you stick to it.
 
Thank you for the advice! My eating habbits aren't the best in the world, if im on the go i'll have fast food or if im at work i'll eat the bar food. I try to eat healthy dinners when i can. My excercies consit of sit ups and push ups, i use to do more when i lifted, and i'll ride my bike often.


If you really want to lose the rest, cut out the fast food and any alcohol you may drink and drink lots of water insted and then do intense cardio 3-5 times a week for 30 mins to an hour and you will see if shift in no time.
 
Biking is good. Weight lifting, sure, builds muscle which helps burn calories, but its not the best weight loss method. There are plenty of muscular dudes with big bellies too heheh.

I tell you what, in the long-term, cutting that fast food and bar food will go a long way towards trimming the waist line. You may or may not see results short-term, but you will see them long-term (depending on how much you were eating). A very simple thing to do that can go a long way.
 
Just as a side note. never look at your belly like that as you will see yourself as bigger than you are. Only look at it in full length pics and mirrors as that way you see it in proportion with the rest of you.
 
Give us some details about what your workout routine is and what your typical meals are like.
