It depends on what forum you're in. We really don't allow posting attachments these days due to other sites contacting us upset that their pics are all over our site. You're allowed to only post pics of yourself or un-copywritten images in certain forums.

It might be for the disire of competition, strength, or just to get closer to other men with those disires... I I don't really know. I'm just giving my point of view.
