I think MP was referring to the "somebody" of the title, who told NameTaken that baggy clothing made him look fat. This is, of course, absurd; the person was trying a particularly stupid tactic to get NameTaken to wear tighter clothes, or just less clothing overall. While these are laudable goals, lying is never the right approach!
