Being Bisexual Is Hard !

There are way more guys I'm attracted to than girls. All the guys I'm attracted to are straight and it's hard enough finding a gay/bi guy who's masculine/attractive. I come across guys everyday that I would love to get to know/mess around with, but it just can't happen. I'm extremely picky when it comes to girls so that's a bust.

If I were straight it would be so easy because I'm sure I'd be attracted to so many girls and wouldn't have a hard time messing around with 1.

Anyone else having a hard time finding "partners"?

Gay men with your standards have half the potential dating pool... way less than half actually since there are way more straight girls than gay guys

just because a guy is straight doesn't mean he wont have sex with a guy or want sex with a man. the same thing goes for gay guys too.

and just because he says hes 'not gay' doesnt mean he doesnt want to mess around with a guy, hes just saying, we can mess around, as long as it isnt in a 'gay' way.

Makes perfect sense to me and is the primary reason that I stay "sexually frustrated" 99.9% of the time.

About the only things I can find hard for me being bisexual are when someone asks me "why don't you just go out with girls"? Or people thinking because I'm bisexual that it's just an excuse for me to fuck both sexes. I feel that I can love either sex on equal terms, it all depends on who I fall for. It so happens I've fallen for a guy and we're going on to our 1 year anniversary soon! I could see myself marrying him in the future as well.

I could definitely fall for a woman, but I think she'd be extremely rare/hard to find.

Men on the other hand.... I come across guys everyday that I would fall for! Haha, and I know there's straight guys who would mess around with a guy, but it's not easy to find 1 or come out and ask.

I'm friends with a lot of good looking guys so there must be someone out there for me...

Same here. So long as a guy isn't heavily overweight, is circumsized and willing to test for diseases before hooking up that's about the extent of my standards. Still it's difficult to find a guy like me for regular hookups

It really depends on what you mean by partner. Do you mean partner as in a long term relationship or as in sex partner to get your rocks off?

If it is the latter, then try using the hookup sites. There are lots of guys looking for sex with another guy.

If it is the first, then that is a tougher road. Guys need to know that you are into other guys sexually which will generate other issues. So yes, it is tough.

How high are your standards? Do you have a checklist with 20 items on it? Probably limit it to the top 3-5 things you find important in a person.

But the thing I'd think that would make being bisexual difficult is whether or not you're into a man or woman at the time.

I think that we all have a similar issue regardless of being gay, straight or bisexual. Yes, it's easy to find loads of people attractive and be prepared to have just a fling with them, but we're all more 'picky' when it comes to selecting a potential life partner or someone we want to have a 'deeper' relationship with.

Simply put, our set of criteria for a shag are often less restrictive than the ones for a 'significant other'.

I am 100% gay and have no trouble finding masculine men to sleep with who are also gay. But I know what I want and have my life together and that also attracts men. You can't have high standards and not be what you want.

The same happens to me! Every guy i find attractive or hot is straight! But sometimes, when my straight friends are drunk or just more "happy" than the normal, they use to jack off in front of me, because they know i'm bi, and they do it just to tease me. All straight guys are a little curious for other guys, you just need to make them trust on you, and say them it will be a secret. Always works

Still got pretty low standards atm, just live in a bit of a backwards town where the gay/bi population is shunned a bit... Joined a glbt social group so just waiting for the next get together to see where that takes me...
