What I don't like is the frequent giggling that goes on during supposedly passionate scenes. Somehow laughing and hardcore sex don't mix with me.

Well - I like Bel Ami but I will agree, that the movies used to be better.... Now it is somehow too perfect..
 
There's no dubbing in Bel Ami movies so I'm not sure if you meant subbing instead. If that's the case, they're foreign flicks and most are subbed. I might be a minority but I like their soundtrack, very folk influenced pop. My kind of music.

What I do have a problem with the videos is the constant use of certain models over and over and over again. Tommy Hansen (eek), Tim Hamilton, Marc Vidal and some others are way too overused. I understand they have contracts but let those guys do the online sessions.
 
I like movies from Bel Ami but the guys in the movies ....
too perfect, too str8, they are not even having erection in the action scenes..
that`s a big turn`off for me, what do you think ?
 
I think Bel Ami used to be a lot greater in times of lukas and max! Alpine Adventures, Coverboys, Greek Holidays are flowless! And the giggles are so sweet

Of course they are dubbed: the moans always sound the same. And I mean the voices that do them. They don't even bother to change the guys who do the voice-overs.

All I can say is that we have very different tastes in music. Personally, I prefer no music in porn.

And that giggling! It's like being trapped at a twelve year old girl's birthday party, where the girls all start talking about . . . BOYS!!!!
 
There's no denying that Bel Ami have some really hot guys but certainly some of them are way too over exposed - does Josh Elliot have to be in every movie?!! The question of why George Duroy ensures all of his bottoms are completely limp is one of the great mysteries of the age (and the chief reason, aside from the dull and predictable formulaic sex) why I no longer buy BA stuff.
 
Bel Ami has some of the hottest scenes and guys that I've ever seen. I don't think all the movies are dubbed. And there is no such thing as guys being "too perfect" for porn. But I do wish more of their movies would have the guys get more adventerous sexually. Their gems are rare.

I think that originally Bel Ami didn´t want to do scenes like that...but other companies of Eastern Europe are totally into BB Sex and Cum Eating....so the market rules....

yes, i always liked the fact that johan, lukas, ion, etc had hair on them: if not hairy chests, nice full bushes, hairy balls and hairy holes :) one model who did not do videos, mikal janos, had the most delectably hairy butt: he looked like a satyr. i cant tell you how many hours this horned up teen spent beating the meat over his pictures.

while i'm all with you on the pillow fights and the music, i draw the line at BB. I think BB porn encourages BB behavior[-X

A lot of those other eastern european companies that have BB scenes use guys who look like they are doing porn for to feed themselves. there's nothing hot about economic exploitation of the poor[-X [-X

I think it's important for the adult industry to reinforce the point that safe sex is hot sex(!)
 
One more thing: Johan has grown up to be a very hot MAN! At 28, I think he's so much hotter than he was as a teen. Perhaps his return would give Bel Ami a big boost :)

Bel Ami is one of the most famous and successful gay porn companies so they must be doing something right. Why would George Duroy want to go bareback etc as has been suggested on this thread. Why would they want to change a winning formula?

Maybe not broke exactly but it seems that a lot of us feel that, at the very least, BA maybe due for good overhaul. The boys look good and the production values are first rate but (in my opinion anyway) they haven't produced anything with any real level of sexual excitment since the demise of the 'Personal Trainers' series. I'm not advocating that they go down the BB path but some variety, experimentation and spontenaity is surely called for. Sticking religiously to the predictable formula of choreographed, bland and unimaginative sex in colourful bedrooms may well ultimately be BA's downfall. Their refusal to do anything creative is beginning to look perverse. I don't expect (or want) them to start producing fisting movies, but for heaven's sake when was the last time that you saw anything as interesting a a flip-flop fuck in a BA title?
