I'm one of those guys who "discovered" later in life (around 30) that I was gay. Before that I would have told you I was straight and mostly believed it. Turns out the only person I was fooling was myself.

So, when I see these guys try so hard to assert that they're straight...all I can think is: let's revisit you in ten years and see if you're still saying the same thing.

I realize this opinion is colored by my personal experience.

I saw 5 Belami models in some erotica festival in Europe some years ago and they behaved extremely homophobic.

There were some guys in drag who were providing the entertainment, and 3 of those models (namely Lukas, Johan, and Sebastian) were looking in disgust, and doing a very poor job in hiding it.

The next year, I saw Luke Hamill and Justin Boyd, and I gotta say they were NOT homophobic, but the three above, disgusting.

If Bel Ami was encouraging their models to hold a certian viewpoint both in and out of the company, then I would guess that most of the models would hold that viewpoint.

Its a good point that porn companies may encourage certain behavior off camera in public, to promote their image but I would think in that case, most models would generally act that certain way. As Lugus stated above 3 of them acted one way and 2 acted another...To me, that looks like 3 bad apples and 2 good apples representing a company with a good name to it that does not encourage any behavior off camera... In my mind that could be a strike since the company should encourage good behavior (and by encourage I mean giving them warning that the porn company will not tolerate insulting language or behavior towrds homos, and sufficient complaints will result in termination of employment...buts that's just me) since we are paying the model's rent.

But its not enough of a strike to have calling for Bel Ami's boycott.
