There is a LOT of GOOD advice here...

The BEST advice I was given was from my best friends MOM -- She said:

"YOU are the ONLY ONE RESPONSIBLE for YOUR HEALTH"...

I'm NOT the kind of guy to GIVE advice -- so I can't think of any...

I AM HAPPY to DISCUSS situations though...
