Best and worst role model for the LGBT Community?

I'll agree with Adrock on Neil Patrick Harris. I think the worst is Perez Hilton
 
I forgot to add the other ones I think are good role models...besides Lily Tomlin I think Neil Patrick Harris, George Huang (L&O SVU), Jillian Michaels (Biggest Loser), Tabitha Coffey (Tabitha Takes Over) and Tracy Chapman are all very good GLBT role models.

to me, the best role models are all the gay people that come out of the closet and live their lives on their own terms without answering to anybody but themselves. shoutout to all you gay people outthere that i've encountered at some point in my life whether i saw you on a tv show, the news, at work, at school, on the streets, at the lgbt centers, on the internet (what's up jub) and etc that were out and about where you didn't hide it. much respect. :=D: i don't think how you guys that are out and about help other people that are closeted that are scared to come out or are in denial.

as for the worst role models, those are the people that are closeted and are basically doing things to hurt the lgbt community. you know closeted politicans that are on that anti gay shit.
