Bears Best bear dating website

Hi all,

I've been using bearwww, but I find that it's quite flakey. Guys complement you, seem interested etc, but then when you try to arrange meeting it always falls through. I used to use silverdaddies.com and found that guys were much more willing to actually meet there. But I've found recently that I'm not into guys over 50 anymore, moreso the 30-50 yo bear types. Which dating website do you think is the best for meeting hot bear types in this age range?

Nope, I'm in London now. What do you use? Most US sites tend to catch on everywhere else after a while!

bear 411 seems to be the most frequently used bear chat site. BigMuscleBears allows users full access to chat and other users profiles any day of the week without charging a fee.

I'm afraid there are plenty of flaky guys at any site though.

I found a great guy on adam4adam.com but he had a profile on silverdaddies as well. I get messages on both sites but silverdaddies definitely has better men, at least for my tastes. Try adam though if you've never been there.

Gayroyal.com has a fair amount of bears. Success rate? Don't know - have only been a member for a few weeks. I would guess it's as high as on any other site.

bear 411, Bearwww, and BMB seem to be the big ones. When I did a few years of internet dating and hookups I don't remember any particular site being really better other than there happened to be more local guys for me on bear 411.

With any free site keep in mind that any jackass can put up a profile. Some will lie to you, some are not being honest with themselves, some won't tell you their married or partnered, but there's also some good guys out there. The term "dating" in online sites is subjective so just be clear about what you're looking for. Dating can mean having dinner or a coffee or going to see a movie to some, while to others it means screening a guy at a coffee shop before you head back to his place to fool around. Just enjoy the good and take the bad with a grain of salt and most importantly don't get jaded. Several of my online dates ended up being good friends.

also anyone know what the deal is with bear 411 on here? if you put it together it gets censored when you post and shows as *******. Is this a ban that I'm not aware of?

I'm aware of people having issues with the site. Some of it I agree with and some I think are people being over sensative. But just curious if there was some clash with JUB. It's weird that it would auto censor since after doing a search I can't find any record of a ban.

Not sure if it's true what is written on that website, but it might be interesting.

Most of the stuff is true, but I'm finding that chasers have a real hard time signing up and being directed to Gay411.com. I've been accepted on that site and been a member for 5 years now.

man I've tried getting a profile on bear 411 a few times now and with no success every time.

Such a shame, I am really into bears and the other sites I go to don't work out for me.

I actually have 2 profiles on *******... Forgot that I had made one years ago. Oh well, I don't even go on my current account anymore. It became really annoying because some days it wouldn't let me do anything on the site because I wasn't a member. Very different from when I originally joined.

bear 4 1 1 won't let me join. they rejected my profile and suggested i join gaydaddy.com ... wtf?

bearwww is a great eye candy site, but most "twink seekers" are in Canada or overseas.
