Airport 1970 version. The book and the movie were real thrillers for their time. Now I really liked Air Force One. You have to understand that movies have evolved over the years and there are more exciting effects, language is "freer" and the world has decidely changed over the last 40 years.

I was going to say United 93 because it's emotional and all that. But I went with Turbulence because I'm sure there are a lot of guys who would love to be alone on a plane with Ray Liotta.

Even though I havn't seen it, I'll have to say United 93, because of the basis they done it on. Otherwise, I have to say, and please don't tear me apart, Snakes on a Plane is my favourite.
