All kidding aside, I remember when I was 20 and had a "dad" type after me...I was too shy to open up to him (but I was certain he was hot for me)...similar things happened to me that you're experiencing - but, I won't go into that. I say go for it. For all of those people saying it isn't ethical, what exactly is being ethical anyways? By todays standards being gay would not be considered ethical, so...what exactly are getting at?

Just do subtle things at first, this should be a slow process, so to not ruin anything potentially. My advice, and this worked for me, not with a dad, but with a friend of mine. Ask to take a shower at their house, while he is there of course, make it quick, and then while you are changing do so in an open manor. Or you could walk past him with a towel on, and claim your clothes got wet. Corny? Yes. But it'll push things forward if there are truly any to push.
