I don't need to Google anything. He is an Independent Senator from Vermont. He ran as a Democrat for President. That is why he was in the Democratic primary and MILLIONS of DEMOCRATS have their votes fucked with when Hillary and The DNC cheated.

That is why The DNC is bringing in so little donations now. That is why a good deal of life long Democrats left the party after 2016.

After Hillary was the nominee....the only thing that mattered was THE SUPREME COURT..and lower court judges around the country as well...

If you don't understand that..you are either an idiot or you approve of trump and what he has done and will do with the Court and the Lower Courts.....

We seem to be doomed to a Jubby rehash of all of this crap in perpetuity. Of course Ticky up there has already admitted to being a Trump supporter, so poking at him with sticks is pretty much just entertainment at this point.

But, there we are. What's actually happening in Washington is far more chill inducing.

As chilling as it is...I fear what's next..and after that..and after that....with good reason....

I am stunned that a con man that is captain obvious can even be in the position he is in..or have any following at all.....

I get the white supremists and alt right and nazi support..even the evangelicals...a good con man is "family" to them....

Here in California..the ads have started...and Democrat Antonio Villaraigosa is using the slogans to get the Republicans votes and cast fear at the other Democrat Gavin Newsom who is ahead.

There will very likely be two Dems running for Governor and Newsom is ahead and now I see Antonio as sleazy..I can't even consider him now....and I absolutely intended to. I think Antonio took a page out of trumps book...very disappointing...

Everyone talks about FDR like he lived now in our modern reality, a lot of FDR's Populist support came from the same people who voted for Trump. The racism just wasn't an issue back then. The left forgot who these people were. That was our fault, we didn't try to change them, we just ignored who they are.

Good point.....but the policies and safety nets and the healthcare framework that was in place would have at least given them some kind of chance....

trump is stripping it away from them.

I do hope the Democrats can reach them. It will be a balancing act because the Big Tent thing has some inherent flaws....

They need a new message.

I am easy to appeal to....a typical Liberal. If you are pro choice...believe in protecting the environment...and believe in equality for everyone under the law....you got a date with me politically:luv2:...and I can be easily led to a point.

I wonder what the message these people need to hear? ..that is real! trump said the right things..but he is lying. I would prefer the truth in whatever message they have.

Honestly, they've been sold this race war crap for so long, and fucked over by the people they vote for, for so long, I don't know if anything is going to reach them until there is a depression that forces them to wake up. Let's not forget they weren't Progressives until they wee starving the last time.

I think the end game is and has always been the rich people want to get richer and richer...and that means the middle class either moves up or down and/or ceases to exist.... and the gap widens....

The poor people who are getting a "tax cut"....it is nothing really...but for the rich people who it actually benefits....it is the opportunity to get richer...and we already know what happened last time and how it turned out....Reagan in 1981..Bush in 2001....trickle down economics...a disaster.....

...and when 10% of the people own 90% of the wealth and 90% of the people own 10%...and it will happen....then look to history to find the conclusions....
