That was a great episode.
I find that I like the actors and characters a great deal, but the formula is growing really old. You nearly always know that one of the first people they talked to and seemed like a throwaway was the one to do it.
Still, it's well done, and the endings are always very poignant.

the endings make me cry
I wait for Cold Case each Sunday night. The repeats are now playing on USA cable network as well.

it's a fine show with a superb cast of ACTORS who know what they are doing before those cameras.
