Best way to clean Malware on my computer

If anyone can help me, I will be grateful!!!!! Besides going to a "certified Microsoft tech" What is the best software to protect your computer from malwarebytes. I downloaded a movie trailer here at JUB (Son of Five and Fly), That Awkward Moment starring Zac Efron. Now I can't delete the file - every time I try the program freezes up and I have to reboot, but I can't delete it. I contacted my virus protection service and they recommended that I try Microsoft for help. I cannot afford five days without my computer and 250.00 for them to clean it up. Any help toward a solution would be welcome!!!!!

I have used Malawarebytes. You can download it from their web site for free. There is also a Pro version which will cost you.
 
The best way to clean a computer, and keep it clean, is to get rid of Microsoft Windows...
