Thin Lizzy and Metallica's covers of "Whiskey in the Jar"

Dave Matthews Band w/ Warren Haynes cover of "Cortez the Killer"

Rammstein's cover of Depeche Mode's "Stripped"

I'm more of a metal guy, but Cortez the Killer is one of my all time favorite songs. Neil Young's version is classic and Dave and Warren Haynes put a great spin on the song, while maintaining the song's original integrity (i.e. what constitutes a good cover). Check out the Live in Central Park version on youtube and watch the emotion that Warren Haynes displays during some amazing guitar riffs. If you like guitar harmonies in songs check out the Thin Lizzy and Metallica versions of the classic "Whiskey in the Jar" And Rammstein is just amazing.
