I can't decide whether or not to believe that she is either of those things or all of them. It's always possible I guess, and sometimes the evidence seems tempting to believe, to me at least. If so, then I think the top of her head is supposed to represent the top point of the star, the two mirrors at the ends of the rods extending out from the breastplate are meant to represent the upper side points of the star, her elbows are positioned to represent the lower side points of the star, and the very bottom of the breastplate is meant to represent the bottom point of the star, and then of course the Baphomet's head sits in the center of the star. That's the way the Sigil of Baphomet is always illustrated.
