Mention this in another threat but though I'd post it hear as well just so everyone that's bi have the proof they that can commit to relationships like anyone else.

Finally happened with my bi boyfriend Said I was a guy and he couldn't be my boyfriend anymore. I'm crying and looked away from him. He told me to turn back and he's on one knee with a ring in his hand. Told me "but I will gladly be your husband" If I typed this badly I apologize but I'm crying tears of joy and my husband to be is holding me while I type this(talk about a nice early aniversary present ) He might be shy as hell but he's sweet, kind, loving, and caring and that overules his shyness. I hope this story not only puts to rest the crap bi guys get about not being able to commit but more importanely, there is someone for everyone out there and it will happen when you least expect it. I love my finace so much

P.S. Our actual anverisary is next week. What the heck can I get him to equal this?!
 
you could say to him "im sorry, i dont think i can be your fiance anymore, i want to be your husband right now, lets go to vegas.

O.K. now I'm the dark cloud in here, you say he's bi ( as am I ) what makes you think that since he proposed to you that one day he's not gonna come to you and say "I want to be with a girl tonite"??? or something to that nature, don't get me wrong i'm very happy for you and him but I worry that hes gonna want to be with a girl at some point in time...are you gonna be able to cope with that if the time comes?!?

My friend got engaged last week, tis the season.

I got engaged once but i called it off when i caught him bed with someone other than myself. It was nice while it lasted though. The whole proposal was so romantic and then we went on a cruise. He was supposed to be the one but i guess he just wasnt ready for a commitment. But then why would he propose in the first place right? I was happy just being his boyfriend and then he tried to change things up.
