Republicans are trying to overthrow both democrcy and the Constitution to establish an authoritarian, plutocratic, fascist dictatorship.

Well let's consider that Biden’s handlers decided to let him off-leash a lot over the holiday weekend. Most of us know that’s a recipe for a gaffe-prone disaster. He had to pull out some notes to answer a question while trying to pretend to be a normal guy in an ice cream shop and still couldn’t get it right. He has also taken to doing the creepy lean and whisper thing into the mic recently.

Add to this the nagging financial corruption stories and a crack head son with an interesting laptop and the bar for Trump is not very high.

The best thing the Dems could do is to find a likable candidate who is not too the left of Marx. This seems like an unlikely prospect these days.

I was in red state country a couple weeks ago and Trump has no reason for concern anecdotally speaking.

I imagine that the GOP blocking the Infrastructure Bill, the Voting Rights Acts and seeing that there are still millions of fuckwads who won't get a vaccination or wear masks have dampened Americans' enthusiasm about the future, n'est ce pas? That, along with one climate catastrophe after another that are finally at the front door.

But it is all part of the plan though isn't it? Destroy optimism and hope in order to trick people into thinking that somehow this is all the Dems fault and to play on fear and blame all the problems on the 'Other'.

We've seen it all before.

Well it's hard to be optimistic when willfully imbecilic fucks walk around in their belligerent ignorance; while being pestilential incubators of yet more virulent diseases because a toad told them someone put microchips in the vaccine. That is truly some halfwit paranoia on an epic scale - it's very discouraging that the rest of us have to live beside such rampant idiocy - and NO, they don't have a right to infect everyone else.

Not to mention the monumental, and quite baffling conceit.

How utterly fucking stupid and self involved does one have to be to think that anyone actually cares when one leaves the trailer park?
