I'm intrigued.

I believe if he had knowledge of and/or consented to being recorded (a la Chatroulette), you're in the clear. If you stole it off his computer or secretly videotaped him, that's a different story.

I have a gut feeling it's either a Brendon look-alike or just a hoax altogether. Why would he "do that" after BB knowing someone would most likely leak it?? Also if it was before BB, wouldn't it have leaked while BB was airing??

Not a hoax. I'm still not sure about sending this out to everyone.. I feel bad for getting everyone hype and everything but I really do not want to get in trouble
