Big Brother 13 CBS

^ It is an interesting statistic.
Former coaches are laying low as far as winning HoH or PoV, I think Boogie has the right idea of going for money and prizes.

I was hoping they'd send Jeff into the mix last night but they were just promoting his cbs.com show.

Baby Zingbot is adorable. They still have Ted in the matching Frank spiritard.

I'm not going to miss Wil one bit. All he did was play with his hair.

Shane told Danielle he was planning on coming into the house and playing the gay card to get in good with all the girls. He would pretend to be gay to get all the girls secrets and strategies and then at the end reveal that he is really straight. Oh Shane!

As far as nominations, the Quack Pack has decided on Boogie/Frank (yay!) and there was some discussion of evicting Boogie (double yay!) but Dan wants Frank out first. But expect the DR to change Shane's mind (or for Boogie at least to be safe) since Grodner likes this CT 2.0 storyline and is trying to push the "Boogie is the puppet master!" storyline.

She can push "Boogie is the puppet master" all she wants. You only have to watch the show for 10 minutes to see it's not true. Grodner should let this game run it's course without her "help". Her "help" is not helping the show. If she not careful, she may "help" herself out of a job.

(I hope)

Shane is super changeable. I'm not counting any eggs before they hatch. And realistically getting rid of Frank is probably not best for him. Frank will work with him against the coaches and also be a notable "threat" to deter other's attentions. He's in a social position where he could win this game if he only had half a clue. I like Dan, Brittney, and Ian though so I hope they continue to play him out and get Frank or Boogie out the door.

The houseguests came in from an outdoor lockdown and there were colored balls on the floor leading to the arcade room. They followed the balls to the crane game which now has a big question mark on it. Why do have a bad feeling production is trying to save Frank AGAIN? Whatever this twist is, I just know it's going to benefit Boogie because that mother fucker has the most luck in the world. On All Stars he won the Coup, then he got lucky when Janelle took her hand off the final endurance comp, then this season he got lucky when they canceled Frank's eviction, and then again when they decided to backdoor Janelle over Frank. And oh yeah in All Stars and this season he won $10,000 while the season was still in progress.

So I fully expect this lucky loathsome toad to get everything he wants this week despite not having much talent as a player.

BOOGIE AND FRANK ARE NOMINATED!

Shane is throwing Britney under the bus saying she wanted Boogie and Frank up. Telling them he's open to changing the noms post-veto (but this is likely a ruse). And Boogie is such an idiot.

"I wouldn't have gone for the $10,000 if I'd known."

"Why didn't you come talk to us?"

UM hello Boogie? Why didn't YOU go talk to the HOH and why didn't YOU try to win HOH?

Now watch Grodner's stupid twist save them both or Shane's dumb ass backdoor someone else.

Shane is lying to Boogie and Frank (not telling them that the Quack Pack wants them out) but it's weird that he's blaming it ALL on Britney and specifically protecting Dan. Frank asked him twice if Dan wanted them up and he told Frank no.

Shane is piling all the blame on Britney saying she influenced him. Frank keeps accusing Dan but Shane is denying it. It's an interesting track to take and I'm not sure if the point is to deflect blame on Brittney because he can't nominate her as a veto replacement so he can make good and still put up a pawn or if it's because they still don't want Frank/Shane to know how intimately the Quack Pack has been working with each other. Ian still is going largely unnoticed as a player in all of this, interestingly enough.

Either way, barring game altering twist, I think we're going to be rid of Frank or Boogie this week.

Also BOTH times Frank has been targeted he's zeroed in on Dan despite the fact it's Shane who is constantly nominating him. It's weird that he still maintains a fairly good relationship with Shane when Shane so readily backstabs him repeatedly.

Also I think this cements that Dan's only reasonable move now is to gun for Frank.

To hell with what's good for this player or that. I only care about what's good for ME. And for my entertainment, I need Boogie gone this week so he doesn't even make jury. Now the question is, would Frank winning POV accomplish that? Normally it would, but I'm worried if that happens, Dan will try to save Boogie by throwing Ian or Joe under the bus (prior to nominations, Dan actually tried to get Shane to target Ian instead for some odd reason).

So I'm not sure who to root for in this POV. I wish Dan would get over his desire to be Chilltown 2.0 and just cut Boogie loose.

He wanted Ian target seriously? That seems weird to me. He's been working pretty tightly with him. I think Dan honestly thinks his best chance of winning is sitting next to a former winner. He's constantly telling Boogie that they'll never beat anyone like Shane or Frank. I thought it was probably just to rift Miek and Frank but maybe he believes it.

Yeah I think he knows he can win against Boogie for example and wants to go to the end with him. But I also think Dan really wants to be seen as Dr. Will 2.0 and that sometimes clouds his judgment (like evicting Janelle over Frank or targeting Ian this week). He's mentioned several times that Will is the best player of all time blah blah blah.

Oh and Britney just threw DAN under the bus to Frank and Boogie and she's now complaining about Shane throwing her under the bus to Danielle. I think they're all just passing the buck so whoever survives this week doesn't come after them. Significantly though, Britney convinced Boogie and Frank cuz when they were alone, Boogie apologized to Frank for not letting him backdoor Dan this week. They've now decided Dan is the enemy and want to win POV and convince Shane/Britney to backdoor Dan.

Wow. Now Britney is blowing up at Shane for throwing her under the bus. She's really upset.

Danielle is now telling Dan how Shane threw Britney under the bus. Interesting that even with her stalker love/lust for Shane, she still defers to Dan in the game.

Brittney is a fool. She's reacting emotionally and blowing up everyone's very carefully constructed secrets. Even if Boogie or Frank did come after her she'd still likely be safe with three secure members of her alliance guaranteed to be in the voting pool. Plus she'd probably be sitting next to Shane who even if SHE was Boogie/Frank's target Shane would definitely be the one the others (Save Danielle) would vote out.

Yes. She can never keep her cool. The convo between her and Shane was like every passive aggressive convo a girlfriend has had with a boyfriend. I almost expected her to say, "It's not even what you said Shane, it's HOW you said it!"

In related news, Danielle seems in good spirits. Likely because the only other girl Shane really talks to (Britney) now has beef with him.

The whole thing reminds me of the week Jerry won HOH during BB10 and Memphis played the bad guy and paired up with him knowing that Renny/Keesha would be pissed. But Memphis knew that Dan had his back and even if he was in their bad graces they couldn't do anything about tit. Brittney was the Memphis in this situation and she didn't have the presence of mind to do this.

The bright side of this is that Boogie is so apparently mad at Dan that he might abandon hope of trying to work with him. Like I said earlier I don't know why ANY of them are mad for being ONE PERSON'S target. Shane and Dan have been constantly in danger for weeks from all fronts.

The thing that sucks is that I would enjoy so many of these people SO MUCH MORE if they'd all cut Boogie loose. Like Frank's not a bad guy and his instincts (like backdooring Dan last week) are actually good. And for me, it's way more fun to see people I like all doing what's in their own best interest. Falconfan mentioned Season 10 -- my favorite Season of all time -- and you really saw how Keesha, Dan and Memphis all tried to do what was best for themselves even while playing together.

If Frank weren't tied to Boogie, I could actually root for him to team up with Shane and backdoor Dan (even though I love Dan) because that actually is in both of their best interests. But Frank and Dan, these people only want to work with Boogie, so whoever I support, I'm supporting Boogie and it's just so UGH.

It would be like if in Season 10, Keesha, Memphis and Dan all wanted to work with Jerry.
