Big Brother 13

:=D:  now off to Survivor land we go

At the end of last night's show, when credits are rolling, Porsche asks Adam why he voted for her and he says, "I knew it wouldn't matter."

The jury members, apparently during commercial breaks before the vote, told Adam that Rachel would win. So he changes his vote....because he could...I guess.

adam is a liar, dont believe that, he said he saw shellys key and thats why he changed huis vote.

this guy spoilerd the season by being so fliff fluffy and wavy.

i actually dislike him now

Porshe was forced to open the box. She talked about it on the live feeds and the feeds were cut real fast because she acknowledged she "had no choice and had to open the box."

Who's to say she wasn't making up a lie because she knew she'd done something stupid and let greed get the best of her?

Because before Pandora's Box appeared, Porshe was adamant about not wanting the box and not opening it...

If that wasn't enough, here's more all embeded on one page so you can click play then stop on each one and have the others load while you watch. They missed Brenchel though.

I don't think I'll be watching Keith, Cassi, and Lawon's interviews. They had such a small part this season and are barely memorable. I do appreciate that Lawon didn't have a bitchy personality like the other gays (Minus Steven BB10) but he was the least entertaining gay guy so far.

Danielle was really classless to the end. I know some of that has to be the point of casting her, and it certainly has added some interest to the show. I just wonder how she goes back to her friends; she can't blame it on game play.

Thanks to everyone for all the great comments and entertainment.

"Hi Canada, I'm Jeff and I'm America's favorite player!" What a fucking douchebag! And that interviewer rimming his ass, gross!

Dominic is so hot!! He says in his interview that Adam made a deal with Dick to throw every competition for the rest of the summer if Dick kept him safe. I know it could've been just telling Dick what he wanted to hear but I bet he was really up for the deal.

The Golden Key twist was known about BEFORE the game started. The bringing a HG back was only there if a vet got evicted. (Hello, NEVER BEFORE has there been a HG voted back in by America to get AUTOMATIC JURY. It was ALWAYS one week before jury. Allison Grodner was saving it if a vet was evicted... any vet, including Dani.)

I dont think the returning HG would have happened at all had evel dick not left the house. Because he left, they had an extra week in there of an eviction to fill, so they decided to bring someone back to the house. True they could have not had a double eviction in order to fill that extra week, but the producers like the drama of the double eviction episodes.

Jeff won the $25,000 jury vote in season 11 so he got $50,000 just for his looks. If he were ugly everyone would hate him and he wouldn't have even been brought back this season. I thought I might have been missing something and that's the other $5,000 he won.

For me, I dont see whats so good looking about Jeff. i guess hes just not good looking or sexy to me, plus I cant stand his personality.
I used to think Brendan was hot in season 12 at the beginning, but then i i didnt anymore after his personality was showcased more.

Right, but that's not conclusive proof. I'm not saying she couldn't have been forced to open it, but I think there's enough of a probability that she saw the checks and said "what the hell, I may as well go for it" since she wasn't sure at that point in the game if she'd get any money at all.

Yeah this is true and I just remembered that they had to do it that week because they needed to wait for the golden key twist to end. And they usually do it after 4 evictions.

BB6- Ashlea, Michael, Eric, Kaysar
BB9-Jacob, Jen/Parker, Alex/Amanda, Allison

BUT - the big but here is that the person came back and became a jury member. That is the first time that BB has brought someone back that late and became a juror that ultimately decided the winner. :grrr:

There was Amy on bb3. She was evicted and then brought back and got to decide on the winner as well. the only difference that season is that all the evicted houseguests got to decide, so the jury was larger.

Alex from BB9 was almost the same story as Brendan. A pre-jury boot who had the opportunity to return later in the season, thus becoming a jury member if successful. In BB9, the active houseguests had the opportunity to prevent a Mystery Houseguest (Alex)'s return by letting Crazy James return. In BB13, the Houseguests had the opportunity to prevent a Mystery Houseguest (Brendan)'s return by evicting Rachel over Lawon. So the returning houseguest's fate in both seasons was decided by the active houseguests in some way.

The only difference in this parallel is that the BB9 people made the choice that prevented the Mystery Contestant's return (selecting James), while the BB13 people made the choice that enabled the Mystery Houseguest to get back into the house (putting up Lawon on Kalia's part, evicting Lawon on everyone else's).

Jeff and Jordan were NOT her shields. Brendan and Rachel WERE Jeff & Jordan's shields if anyone was anyone's shield. And it was the other houseguests decision to not evict her immediately. That's like saying Daniele and Kalia were Porshe's shields. You can argue that all the BB winners have had shields. And isn't using people as shield's smart strategy? Stupid argument. And the Pandora's box was meant for Rachel to be Jordan's "Shield" not the other way around. The twist confusion could've happened to any side since Julie announced it before hand it was the other side's stupid fault for not putting up Jordan to make sure someone from that side goes.

Either way she's had way less help than Dick/Daniele and Jordan winning and had to play a WAY harder game than Adam and Hayden who were never targets ever in their seasons and were able to just sit back and watch everyone pick everyone off. Rachel had to win competitions or try really hard to convince people not to get rid of her each week. With winners like Adam, Jordan and Hayden they didn't have to win competitions and could easily throw them each week if they wanted and they'd still be safe. They barely had to do anything but win a few competitions at the end to win the game. Her game was still 10 times harder than these 4 winners. I didn't watch all the seasons of the show so I can't say about a lot of the other winners.

I read that article and thought it was mostly BS. Perhaps the part about Brendan using the veto, but really that was about her being a part of a couple, which happened before with Dick and Danielle.

Nevermind that all of these things that benefitted Rachel also benefitted Jordan, who was really the one that America wanted to help by voting Brendan back in. It just so happens that Jordan didn't make it in the end because she didn't have any real bond with Porsche and she was a huge threat to win at the end if she won that last competition, which is mostly a random competition and I think pretty luck based.

Great post Frosty!

I know I'm late but I really did not like Rachel winning. She is sooo annoying. I don't know who's worse to me: Rachel or Jeff!!

SLIP, I don't believe that anyone was put back into the game that ultimately helped the winner win. Had Brendan not been there to cast a vote for Rascally Rachel she would have lost, I think. So his re-entry helped her enormously in the game and with her emotional stability. Then you have Big Jif who claims to have subdued her and made her a more likeable player. He should go into religion. He would have a huge following of numb/dumb heads.
