I don't get the Rachel army out there just voting for Elissa because she's her sister. She was a nice person, especially out of this cast, but she didn't do that much and I thought she wasn't very entertaining. Rachel was more entertaining. As Judd said last night, one of the few things he calculated correctly, Elissa changed her mind way too much.

Poor Judd. He pulled an Andrew Gordon and told McCrae, "If I stay, I'm coming after you but I'd appreciate your vote."
Then he does "reverse psychology" and yells back he's voting for Spencer/Andy when he really would vote for GM. So they will try and get Spencer and Andy out? What kind of frog legs is this boy eating?

Elissa is the one who won HOH and didn't nominate Judd, and judd chose to believe Andy that HOH and not trust Elissa. And make the Exterminators and not include Elissa, and make her a target. Judd turned on elissa, so Judd has no one to blame her "changing her mind" but on himself.

I also loved Aaryn apologizing to Helen and Candice for being a racist bitch and while Helen was forgiving and friendly, Candice just sat silently and unimpressed, barely even forcing herself to toast with Helen. LOL

In other news, GINA MARIE HAS WON PART ONE OF THE HOH COMP!

10:39 PM GM and Spencer agree they will take each other to F2. Couldn't win against Andy though Spencer says he loves the kid NT

11:30 PM Andy and GM now agreeing they'll take each other to the final 2. Just like An/Spe did prior and GM/Spe did prior to that. NT

Of course the guys are probably just sucking up to GM because she's in the final part of the HOH comp right now, but OMG I'd die.

It is sad that she was told she couldn't be on air because of her Asian looks way back then. That she did something to change that look is respectable (Hey MJ). Even if she hadn't of been told she looked to sleepy eyed she would probably have done something on down the line. Seems everyone does now. The housewives alone are a wonder of plastic surgery, let alone Joan Rivers who is actually addicted to plastic surgery/ Lucky for her that it has turned out (OUCH) all right. Many get it done and regret it, like a ton of those people who make their bodies a walking manuscript or a bible tome.

This was in 2000, presumably after Julie had all of her plastic surgery. She still looks totally different then compared to today though. Although I love current Chenbot's lion's mane.

I don't know joesman. I can understand her decision but I certainly don't respect it. Surgically altering your features as an ethnic minority to look more white isn't the same as say a white girl getting a boob job or a nose job (although those are problematic for other reasons). There's a whole race discussion behind that motivation that's WAY too big for this thread, but needless to say, I cringed when all the other ladies at that roundtable applauded her for doing what was "right for her." I mean, I'm sorry she felt coerced by racist societal pressure, but no one should be praising a non-white person who implicitly says, "There is something wrong with looking the way I look as a minority."

And Jun Song would agree with me so you know I'm right.

Yeah, I really didn't get Sharon Osborne exclaiming "Fabulous!" at the before and after pictures of Julie. It wasn't like she lost 50 pounds or got a make-over. She was confessing a embarrassing secret about herself and how she thought she had to change her features to get acceptance, and that's what Sharon comes up with? Dafuq?!

Sharon is a grade A moron who doesn't have a clue what being non-white means in America. Thank GOD Danielle nailed the definition of a floater and gave Jun her props as playing a great floating game. Rather than giving the Janelle/BB6/Rachel Reilly definition of "floater" which is "YOU DIDN'T WIN COMPS!"

I've really come to enjoy Danielle Reyes, partly because she has the self-awareness to give Lisa props for beating her (which makes her better than her rabid fans). Also love her scatterbrained but still real/logical way of talking, her hilariously visceral reactions to GM ("Oh my god I HATE that woman!"), criticizing GM for calling other woman fat by calling GM fat, and giving props to Amanda, Helen (and yes even Andy) for playing the best game.

Egads now that I've come around on Danielle Donato and Danielle Reyes, who's next? Danielle Murphree??

Spencer was talking to GM in the kitchen on AD/feeds Thursday night and he mentioned that Elissa was the hardest person to live with and GM agreed. He said she hates men and only got along with the women, GM said and Andy because he's gay. Spencer said that she must not have felt threatened by Andy.

He said she may have been sexually abused or something in life and if that's so he feels sorry for her.

They both said if they win final HoH they will not take Andy because they don't feel they could beat him with jury votes for the 500k.
If Andy doesn't win the second part of HoH comp today, he'll be in jury. Even if he wins pt 2 he'll also have to beat GM in pt 3 to stay.

I've really come to enjoy Danielle Reyes, partly because she has the self-awareness to give Lisa props for beating her (which makes her better than her rabid fans).

I like that she not only said that, but also justified why. Danielle in the house was pretty well-liked by everyone and that's why her fans always say that the lack of a sequestered jury screwed her over, but she does correctly point out that she backstabbed Marcellas, he'd have influence over other people like Amy, Danielle and Roddy were always against each other, etc.

Egads now that I've come around on Danielle Donato and Danielle Reyes, who's next? Danielle Murphree??

I don't think there's enough prescription medicine in the world, dear. (Because Danielle M. is on all of it.)
