Christine is pretty much the only hope I have for a woman to win this season (even Nicole would be a push) and I always go for nerdy girls anyway so yeah, I support her.

But if Victoria can bumblefuck her way to the F2 like Gina Marie did last year, I'd be down for that too.

Lord help me if Derrick/Cody are the actual F2 this year like Derrick is hoping. That would be the cherry on top of this underwhelming season.

That is my biggest fear for this season. A Derrick/Cody F2 would be the most boring outcome since Ryan/Adam on BB9. My only hope is that Frankie is MUCH better at these comps than they're giving him credit for. They probably overlook it because he volunteers to be dethroned, but Frankie has won 3 HOH comps and we're only in week 4. If he gets to F4 with Derrick and Cody, he may be able to pull out that final POV and break up that dreadful finale.

And if he takes Zach or Victoria with him, even better!

Zach is a terrible gameplayer but he causes the most drama, he's hilarious on the feeds and on the show, and he's part of an adorable gay showmance. What more could I ask for?

A Zach/Victoria F2 would be divine.

They're holding a memorial for Frankie and Derrick's grandfathers right now on After Dark. It's nice because everyone is getting a chance to speak and show their personalities and feelings for each other.

Other than Monica for 9/11 have they ever told a houseguest about a death in the family? HAVE there ever been deaths in the families on other seasons? I remember Jun mentioning that she was upset that her father had health problems toward the end of BB4 and she would have hated if something happened to him while she was on BB, but he didn't die or anything. Other than that, nothing else comes to mind.

Hayden won PoV and has said he will use it on Victoria. The replacement will be Amber who is being back doored.


Caleb talking to Frankie wants him to put up Amber as a replacement nom but not to send her home but to make her realize she is not acting as appreciative as she should and should know her place. He thinks she will realize that her actions in the house and towards him and be a better woman. he does not want her to go home --- and Frankie agreed to putting her on the block. Men like Caleb, wow. Too bad he isn't gay because he would make a great dungeon master, or even a slave. The guy is cute but lawdy me, what a crazy fucked up way of thinking.

Zach told Frankie he should sleep in the nude. He said it wouldn't bother him.

For a while there I was willing to give Caleb a break and maybe think he's grown up since his Instagram comments because he's been pretty inoffensive in the house and legit friendly with Frankie and Devin, in love with Amber, etc. But shit like this is concerning for a whole different reason. He is so delusional and his views on women are really uncomfy.

The house went all sideways today after Caleb found out that Amber was being back doored. He's feeling all remorse and seeking help to save her. I guess she didn't fold and discover her place. Zach went off on Amber at PoV. I don't know if that secured another win for America's alliance. It should make for good viewing Wednesday, plus the memorial service that Jocasta held last night for the fallen grandpas.

This is a very religious house.

This season has been odd. After Hayden nearly won the 2nd HOH I thought it was all but assured he'd be voted out that week. The alliance in power is clearly the most powerful players in terms of comps, which explains why they're not going after the heavyweights. But it seems they've also been taking out the middleweight competitors too. Which is confusing in some light. Hayden and Nicole have done far better at comps than say Brittany. But they're voting people out SOLELY on who they feel will gun after them. It's wise but also confusing to a large extent. Like sure Brittany and Amber spoke about gunning for you now but with four people being nominated at once EVERYONE will be coming for them sooner rather than later. It may be a fatal flaw but it seems like Derrick and Cody have everyone's trust so maybe they won't double back on them any time soon.

As far as whether Victoria or anyone 'deserves' to be there, I always find that to be a funny argument. No one DESERVES any of this. There's no specific set of merits. And making it midway or even to 2nd seldom means you're necessarily better than people who leave early. There's a certain element of luck and no amount of skill or planning can guarantee that. To me the people who prove to be the BEST are people who prove to be the most versatile. People who, like Dan or Dr. Will, have proven to be survivors when the comps go there way and figure their way around it when they don't. Sometimes that might mean playing dumb. I admit when the person just is dumb and not playing it there's not exactly a satisfied feeling.

I'm disappointed in Nicole/Hayden largely. It's kind of impressive how they weaseled past Amber/Caleb in the pecking order but I think that was far more Christine's work than their own. And if Zach continues to be erratic Hayden/Nicole might just creep up the pecking order past him too.

I'm curious to see how the endurance comp pans out. If I'm correct (don't know here) but this week tends to be the endurance. I thought for sure Frankie would win that one but if he's unable to compete not sure how it could go. If Amber survives this week (she won't) she'd stand a good chance. There's even a VERY slight chance Donny could pull this off which is the only way something zany would happen.

Yeah, the issue of deserving on Survivor or Big Brother always makes me roll my eyes. They clearly cast these people based on demographics and entertainment potential, not any grand sweeping need for the prize money to change lives or on the players being model citizens in the real world (especially so on Big Brother where it seems like half of the cast could have failed the psych test on any given season). All of these people have charisma in some way and most of them look good for TV (and even the less attractive ones are 'TV ugly'), so those are really the only reasons they deserve to be there in casting's eyes.

Caleb wants to be in jury house with Amber. Amber should just go home rather than be in a house alone with this crazy obsessed fuck head. If he says "At the end of the day," one more time I will mute everything he is part of. His remorse is ridiculous. He stayed up all night last night talking to Amber and she still doesn't like him, want a date with him, and she should be aware that being in jury house with him is potentially suicidal. Production must be sitting with security just in case. And Amber should never tell this screwball where she lives because she may end up living in his basement and his fucked up mind might tell him it is the right thing for her until she realizes her place with him.

Poor Amber. She is caught between the devil and the deep blue sea. She is damned and doomed because of her particular situation.

Timing. They think it was about this time in previous seasons that they did the first one. However, Julie ALWAYS announces that on the live show right before it so they are wrong. They will want to spring it on them when they are least suspecting, anyway
