I am ashamed to admit that as much as I would like to turn The Paul Show off I tune in every time. I was disappointed in Alex choice of players to put on the block, I thought she would be seeking revenge for Jason. Jasons post eviction interview was great, the light coming on in his head as he watched the goodbye messages was great and him saying " I just want to run in a straight line for a long time", man he was pissed. I sure wish people would figure Paul out before they get evicted, he drives me crazy.

It still baffles me how Alex could scream "THIS IS FOR YOU JASON!!!!" when she won her HOH and then proceed to nominate the two people who had the least to do with Jason's eviction because she's THAT fucking short-sighted and oblivious.

In his goodbye message, Josh confessed to voting for you and admitted he was going along with Paul’s plan. Yet in Paul’s message, he said he didn’t vote for you. What do you think is going on there? Who do you think is lying?

Paul’s definitely lying! But why would he lie in his goodbye message? Oh my God. That means it’s Tiger [Alex] and Josh. Holy s**t! I am dumbfounded right now at this very moment. I didn’t really hear Paul’s goodbye message because I just knew that he was 100% at fault. Now I’m completely speechless. It’s definitely Josh that’s lying then because he admitted to me that he’s a super fan. He must play dumb really well. I’m gonna just go ahead and say, if Paul said that in his goodbye message, then it was probably Josh. Paul did have a weird look on his face when I called him counterfeit and he asked me if I was going to say anything when I was leaving. I guess that kind of makes sense now. I’m just gonna go with Josh is the one that’s lying and he’s trying to throw Paul under the bus. Now I’m a flip flopper because I don’t know what to think.

Kevin's eviction at F4 will continue in the tradition of BB3 Amy, BB5 Nakomis, BB7 Will, BB10 Keesha, BB12 Britney, BB13 Jordan, and BB17 John wherein the most awesome/interesting/root-able person in the endgame goes out at F4.

So from what I have read it has really come down to how many will vote for Paul vs Christmas or Josh. For once I am glad That I stopped watching and only read Jokers now and then. I had my tv on CBS one night while watching NETFLIX and when NETFLIX movie was over and I went back to tv there was BB so I threw up a little in my mouth as I raced to get anywhere else. Really sorry it came to this.

It's pretty much going to come down to Paul vs Josh. I don't think either one intends on taking Christmas, and if Josh does (because the televised show keeps having him hint that he needs to "take out" Paul), he's an idiot because Josh has pissed off so many people this season that his only hope to win would be to bring Paul and hope they're even more pissed at him for being the mastermind.

Honestly though I think this is going to be a Redemption Island-type scenario where the jury will hate both but grudgingly will give it to the better gameplay/marginally less annoying player. I don't think Josh can win against either of them if he gets final HOH.

I don't think Josh can beat Paul either but I see a different Survivor comparison: Cagayan. In that season, so many people were mad at/annoyed by Tony but they just couldn't give it to Woo partly because he looked like Tony's bitch right up until the end. It's one thing to just happen to be in the finals with a player who dominated the game and who everyone bafflingly never tried to eliminate, but it's another to actually win the final challenge and still refuse to eliminate that player. It makes you look incredibly weak. Woo's mistake was that by taking Tony, he proved that he was always being manipulated; he didn't force the jury to give it to him by sitting next to someone they really didn't want to give the money to (Kass); and he denied the jury the pleasure/coda of seeing Tony voted out.

Similarly, if Josh somehow wins the Final HOH and takes Paul, I think the jury will see him as always doing Paul's bidding whereas if he evicts Paul, the jurors who resent Paul will begrudgingly respect Josh for doing what they couldn't do. Also there isn't a lot of love for Christmas either -- she comes across as a bitch to many of them, just as Kass did. And she really didn't so anything of note in the game besides Paul's bidding. Forcing the jury to choose between Paul's two cum rags isn't bad when you can say, "Hey at least I'm the cum rag who got him out." Therefore I think Josh's only real chance of winning is to win the Final HOH and take Christmas.

BUT...all of this is a moot point because Paul will win the Final HOH and take Josh and win*, thereby fulfilling the long boring fate of this season and making it Redemption Island after all.



(*There are rumors from otherwise credible sources like Hamsterwatch that the jury is very bitter and, other than Matt & Raven, are determined NOT to give it to Paul, and the jury segment we saw in the last episode sort of hints at that but I'm not buying it. I see Paul as easily getting Matt, Raven and Alex, maybe Kevin, and Cody will vote for him out of begrudging respect especially if the alternative is Josh who Cody truly hates)

I never believe the direction the jury segments try to steer viewers anymore. It started with everyone but Candice being pro-Gina Marie in BB15 and then Andy slaughtering her, and ended last year with the jury being bitter against Nicole and Da'vonne especially rooting for a Paul win, only to be the deciding vote for Snakole's win (thereby also unleashing Paul on us this year and ruining this season too, thanks Da!)

It really all depends on who Grodner tells Will to push for during the jury deliberations these days.

Slip, you know how you love Rachel and I just don't get it because I utterly loathe her? Josh is my Rachel. I get that he's annoying and crazy and not really a great player but GOD I wanted him to win over Paul tonight, I cackled like Ursula when he did, and it saved the season for me (though I still think he fucked up by taking Paul; he'd have won 9-0 if he took Christmas).

Hubby was watching the finale last night and I heard him yell. He called me in to tell me Paul lost to Josh, a player I would have thought would have been evicted week 2. Although I hated Josh, I hated Paul more. So good on you BB and Cody winning Favorite HG has to be one of the best slaps in the face of all time for all of them. I noticed the cattle voted for Paul, though.

Just to let you know, CBS had confirmed that Jody will be competing on Amazing Race 30 which starts filming October 1st. Apparently Jessica applied while Cody was still in jury. Romber and Brenchel at least had success in their prior appearances so how does finished 12th and 11th justify another try?
