Yep, this is the one you've been waiting for. All nine of Joe and Katherine Jackson's children have been represented on The Billboard Hot 100. Michael, Jermaine, Tito, Jackie, Marlon, Randy, Janet, LaToya, and Rebbie, in that order, have had singles enter the chart.

Billboard threw them all into their hit factory boiling pot and out came this: The Top 50 Songs Of The Jacksons. Sadly, the solo hits by Jermaine ("Do What You Do") and Rebbie ("Centipede") don't muster up enough chart muscle to make the Top 50 (Hey!, I loved those songs!).

Without further adieu, here we go:

1. That's The Way Love Goes - Janet Jackson
2. All For You - Janet Jackson
3. Say, Say, Say - Paul McCartney & Michael Jackson
4. Together Again - Janet Jackson
5. Again - Janet Jackson
6. Billie Jean - Michael Jackson
7. Black Or White - Michael Jackson
8. I'll Be There - Michael Jackson
9. Doesn't Really Matter - Janet Jackson
10. Rock With You - Michael Jackson
11. Beat It - Michael Jackson
12. ABC - Jackson 5
13. You Are Not Alone - Michael Jackson
14. Escapade - Janet Jackson
15. Miss You Much - Janet Jackson
16. Any Time, Any Place / And On And On - Janet Jackson
17. I Want You Back - Jackson 5
18. Runaway - Janet Jackson
19. The Love You Save - Jackson 5
20. The Girl Is Mine - Michael Jackson & Paul McCartney
21. Remember The Time - Michael Jackson
22. Never Can Say Goodbye - Jackson 5
23. Man In The Mirror - Michael Jackson
24. When I Think Of You - Janet Jackson
25. Dancing Machine - Jackson 5
26. Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough - Michael Jackson
27. Love Will Never Do Without You - Janet Jackson
28. I Just Can't Stop Loving You - Michael Jackson &
Siedah Garrett
29. Someone To Call My Lover - Janet Jackson
30. Black Cat - Janet Jackson
31. If - Janet Jackson

Janet Jackson with BBD & Ralph Tresvant
44. Mama's Family - Jackson 5
45. Nasty - Janet Jackson
46. Because Of You - Janet Jackson

My pleasure, RyanJ ... just delete the Michael and Jackson 5 tracks and you have Janet's Top 25 (or top 16 or 17) :)

This is the way Billboard presented it, though, in Billboard's Hottest Hot 100 Hits.

I love two Jermaine Jackson's songs - When The Rain Beings To Fall (his duet with Pia Zadora) and Dynamite.

Good to know that Janet dominated 5 positions among the Top 10, while Michael took 4 1/2.

Man, that top five blows.

Why is it that the shitty schmatlz always rises to the top?

And how embarrassing that "State of Shock" is on any list other than that "worst songs of the Rock n Roll Era" one.

I thought it was interesting that two of Janet's No. 4 singles ("If" and "What Have You Done For Me Lately") both trumped three No. 1 singles from brother Michael's "Bad" collection.

What type of ranking is this? I've never even heard of the top four Janet Jackson songs that are supposedly bigger than "Billie Jean". Janet was just a poor ripoff of her famous brother.

"I'll Be There" is Jackson 5, not Michael Jackson. Just fixing. :)

How about the bottom 50?

Goes to show how successful Janet was on the Billboards ... people never give her the props she deserves.

Again, people hating on JJ ... those songs in the top five are some of her biggest songs, in terms of longevity on the Billboard Hot 100. You can't deny that those songs were huge when they were out *sigh* the good ol' days

So huge that I dont' even know two of them. I've never even heard 4 and 5. Or heard OF them.

This list just shows how crappy songs have to get a HUGE promotional budget because nobody's going to give a shit about them once they're off the charts. Those songs rise higher on charts because they're not going to just sell themselves.. they need to be forced on radio and spoon fed to the public.

If they did it how they SHOULD have, they would have counted total sales and the number of times it had been played on the radio. Then long-lasting songs like Billie Jean and I Want You Back would be at the top of the list, and forgettable tripe like All For You and Doesn't Really Matter would be left off.

I hear Michael Jackson songs all the time.. years later. Aside from Miss You Much and maybe That's The Way Love Goes, Janet pretty much has disappeared from radio.
