Because federal law, which trumps state law, already states that late-term abortions can only be performed when medically necessary. And, as evidenced in the links I shared (which you obviously didn't read), unnecessarily strict wording in state laws inevitably lead to women dying.

It does. As stated above, the Roe decision, which trumps state law, allows exceptions to preserve the life and health of the mother. If you remove the word "health" from those exceptions, women die needlessly.
 
Again...totally weird how much some supposedly gay men want to control women's vaginas and wombs instead of leaving it to her and her doctor.

And of course how the same men wouldn't lift a finger to help support any child after they are born.

You can't even begin to define 'viable' babies. It is just a vague concept for you. I guarantee you that if a baby is 'viable' it wouldn't be treated as late stage abortion, it would be treated as premature birth and if the mother wasn't able to support or keep the infant it would pass into care.

All you internet warriors are obsessed with the answer that late stage abortions are some kind of cosmetic procedure after a woman may have carried to the eighth or ninth month.

As has been said, it is fake and cynical and exposes how little the crusaders know about pregancy.

I am reminded that the author of the bill forbidding abortion for ectopic pregnancy didn't even know waht an extopic preganancy was.
