As bigboaster says, the gif comes from a Sex Sirens Ballroom Contest and You Tube is choc-a-bloc with them. These hot black guys parade nearly naked in front of a panel of judges, though I'm not sure what the prize is that the winner gets. There are always a couple of irritating guys with mikes who get in the way so as to keep the show on the move, but other than that you get to see some sensationally hot dudes.
