If this scenario were reversed, and a black gay couple was called "black faggots" and attacked & assaulted by white guys (straight or gay), I have a strong feeling the reaction & outrage would be very different right now.

The fact that that the black guy or guys (not sure how many were involved) called the two guys "white faggots" and then proceeded to punch one of the gay guys, kick him on the floor, and then throw a chair on the head of the other boyfriend (when he has his back turned to the assailant), is evidence of a hate crime. They were targeted for both being white & being gay.

The fact that some of you cannot see this -- including Waddie G (who claims to know everything but refuses to speak on the record to the police or the media or name the suspect, while blaming the victims) is shameful.

The man who recorded the video said he did not hear any anti gay slurs he was there. I read articles and the man who shot the video he gives a different story than the the white gay couple. It is also interesting the bias of some gay men here they immediately believe the white guy who happens to be unemployed! I do not condone violence but I think there is more to this story. Yet people are quick to believe the white gay guy account despite not having all the facts. I guess it is easier for people to see white gay men as victims or damsel in distress.

He once made up this totally elaborate story about going to a grocery store in West Hollywood (why he'd shop for groceries in a city he claims he never goes to he didn't bother to explain) and saw a vegan walking around with a basket of vegetables in tears looking at cheese buns or something.
