Blake Lewis signs a record deal

Re: Blake Lewis's debut album cover!

It's great, the best album from an Idol yet that I've listened to. Almost all the songs are really good and a few that are ok.

I was disappointed with Chris Daughtry and Elliott's Albums. Daughtry's album had 3 good songs and Elliott's had about 4.

The funny part is that i've never watched Idol. A friend of mine called me a few days before Christmas and while we were chatting, she said there was a cd on her grandsons list that she couldn't find and she had no clue who the artist was. When she told me i was like isn't that the American Idol guy? and she said she had no clue. I said i was pretty sure and that the album had just come out.

The only reason i knew anything him was from jub and the way cuteness that is him and that chris guy together.

So anyway, she finally found the album and they had two copies left so she was like, you're the only person who knew who he was so i had to get the last copy for you.

Re: Blake Lewis's debut album cover!

I think he undoubtedly has very cheesy taste. That album cover is tacky-tastic. But the music was impressive and enjoyable. I like what he did with Puttin on the Ritz with Gots to Get Her. And Break Anotha is a solid single.

Unfortunately he's not getting a lot of airplay. But they play that inane 'Tattoo" song from Jordin Sparks. Yuck
