bleeding !?!

hi everyone,
this is just my second post. But I'm really worried.

So last night i met up with this guy for a date. and one thing led to another and soon enough we were in bed.

He pulled of his pants but his dick was huge and he wanted to fuck me. So I agreed but said to him that he had to work slowly and if i say stop he has to stop.

The first time was actually enough for me. Because it wouldn't fit and he didn't have any lube. But he asked me to try again. So i agreed for one more try, again with the same rules (slowly and easy). But this time was different. He was almost in, but again the pain was too much for me and i said stop. but he just pulled my hips to his hips and inserted his penis with force. So i immediately pulled away and said it was enough and left. but the damage has already been done. i started bleeding heavily and of course i was freaking out because of the blood. I went home wiped off the blood and used this cream to help heal cuts down there. ( i already bled down there before because i've pushed to hard during stool).
So now is my second day and i'm still applying the cream and don't push during stool.
My question is. Should i wait a few more days and use the cream i have to see if it heals? How long should i wait? Or should i go see a doctor? I don't want to be over worried and go to the doctor immediately.

You did not say whether it has stopped bleeding on this second day. If it is bleeding, how much. Did the guy use a condom? What kind of cream, is it antibiotic? Is there any pain?

the bleeding has stopped. he did use a condom. it's not that it actually hurts. it just feels soar now. it hurt like hell yesterday. the cream is called scheriproct.

While I'm relatively certain you'll recover, and be Ok physically, I'm more worried about you psychologically.

You shouldn't be with guys who have no regard for your well being, and are willing to just shove it in you without lube, or letting you get accustomed to it first!!!

It seems like you're going to be fine at this point, since the bleeding has stopped. The pain should go away soon. If it doesn't, then you'll need to go in and see a doctor about it. I know it's embarrassing, but believe me, they've seen and heard almost everything. There's nothing new under the sun to them.

I had a health scare a while back, and they did all sorts of things to my penis and bladder, and I was rather embarrassed, but I could quickly tell that the doctors and nurses didn't think anything of it. It was no big deal to them. Especially when you go to a specialist (a urologist in my case, a proctologist in your case), they have seen and touched everything down there hundreds or even thousands of times.

Don't worry about it. Don't be embarrassed by it.

As for anal sex, I personally won't do it with guys who have a huge penis. Like any of them would be interested in me anyways.

And lube and a condom are essential.

If it's no longer bleeding, then follow the suggestions in the hemorrhoids section of the "All About Ass" sticky. It generally takes 3-7 days for things to return to normal. If they don't, the it's time for a visit to your doctor.

Well, if you find yourself in this situation again, start with cowboy or reverse cowboy so that you have control. If that doesn't work with an over-eager top who doesn't invest in decent lube, then a quick counterclockwise twist of their nipple usually gets their attention.

Any time that rectal bleeding is present there is immediate room for concern. Fortunatly most of the reasons causing rectal bleeding that are life threatening are internal and rarely caused by normal sex. One of the main things to take note on is the color of the blood. You can bleed two almost different colors. Well its more a matter of shading I suppose. The blood will either be bright red or dark red. No blood is good blood but in any situation where your body bleeds a dark blood, seek medical attention immediatly!!! Another thing to look for when having a bowel movement is blood clots or tissue in the stool. Might look like chewed red peppers, Im sure youll notice if its there. Usually these clots are accompanied by the dark bleeding.

Suprisingly the most common reason for this is diagnosed or unknown hemoroids. A big possibility and nothing to worry about but also to be considered is the circustances. The recent stress to the area could very well be the sole factor. Such force can cause the skin to tear and that too will cause bleeding and soreness.

Its your body and no one knows it better than you. It will tell you when something is wrong and you need to listen to it. Most likely its nothing to worry about and is an experience weve all seen or had. If the bleeding has stopped then youre almost certainly fine, If the bleeding presists for 3 or more days ... you should probably stop by your doctor. If anything is wrong in your body for more than 2 weeks ... see a doctor.

I would probably chalk this one up to a bad sexual experience with an interesting memory. I suppose this is what we get for biting off more than we can chew. The lesson to be learned is never leave home without your trusty lube, and as punishment you may walk a bit funny for a day or two.

Thank you everyone for the responses. I already feel much better today. The bleeding has subsided. I'm not walking funny anymore.
It just feels bruised when i'm on the toilet. Otherwise i'm feeling just good.

As long as you're not healed down there you should make sure to soften your stool by increasing your fiber intake (eat a lot of figs, whole grains, etc) and quitting dairy products all together (milk, cheese...), you want it type 4 (don(t click if poop gies you nightmares )

I find I need a high fibre diet, bran flakes, wholemeal bread , plenty of veg particularyly broccoli. I still drink milk in moderation and love cheese. When I have a problem I take Fibre Powder in water at night , get it from a chemist it always works for me and I have had trouble in the past with bleeding, just get the right diet and keep regular!

As for fiber, try grinding up flax seeds in a coffee grinder (just 2 to 3 tablespoons is all you need), and then mix them with your morning cereal. They have a huge amount of fiber, lignans, and Omega 3 oils. They tend to make your stools much softer and easy to pass.
