I put the picture in a google image search in hopes of finding an answer for you and I'm afraid it's a fake. The original picture is of porn star Derrick Davenport but they have added Alex Pettyfer's face.

Ah, that's too bad. Usually I'm better at spotting fakes but I've never heard of Alex Pettyfer nor am I familar with this particular Derrick Davenport photo set. Now that it's brought to my attention, you can see a cut line on the top of his head.
