Uh, the article I linked actually gives numbers for penile-anal too (0.5% to 3% when the infected party is asymptomatic)--right in the first paragraph even. It's just one article though. There's no definitive answer to transmission rates at all. It's not like they can get a bunch of guys who are HIV+, have them perform a specific sex act on some guys known to be HIV- and then see how many of them get infected. These studies are all based on surveys of guys who have significant variance in the number of sex partners and kinds of sex acts engaged in.
