Thanks for the messages. 
. I know i dont check in. Life has been Ok. The weather here was rainy a couple days ago. It is just cold and dark sometimes and I don't like that. i still work at the bakery a few days a week. I still having trouble finding good friends and stuff sometimes my anxiety gets to me. Some of the days when i was really bored id jusy scroll thru social media so thats how i got to know some new people. I think sometimes my nerves get to me I am trying to relax better drink some tea and calm down and think happy thoughts. Sometimes i still have those bad dreams I really hate that and thats why it gets difficult to sleep. Ive had ones where ive been lost and weird stuff like that. I talk to this cool guy on TikTok his name is TikTokKenny hes nice he lipsyncs to songs too his birthday is same as Britney Spears and hes a big fan. It just tough sometimes getting those negative thoughts out and I try to forget the past i think im just haunted by it at times. I definetly think mental health is important and i also gotta try to eat and exercise and feel better too. I can always use prayers too. Thanks, Michael.
