Just had a stress test and now have a half shaved chest, it looks ridiculous. I want to remove the rest of my chest hair. What's the best way? Shaving, hair removal products (which ones)? Thanks for any advice.

You can remove it temp wise but you still have the hormone in your body. So it will grow right back and thicker.
SO think it through.

Thanks racer, but I went ahead and shaved it. I'm cool with it growing back. Now, how do I keep it from itching too much?

This is hogwash. It will NOT come back thicker. You only have a certain number of follicles and cutting, waxing, or any other method will not make it come back thicker! As for removal, shaving might be best, as that's what they did for your stress test, yes? The hair that gets waxed is pulled out of the follicle and the process sometimes damages the growth matrix and it may come back LESS thick. Certainly, if you use the shaving method, it will all regrow at the same rate.

If you have to have another test, clipper your chest beforehand (don't shave- it will cause it to break out and itch).

Since you've already shaved, you need to shower with an antibacterial soap and apply a moisturizer to your chest after the shower. You may have to use a cortisone cream if it gets too itchy.

Have it wax at the salon and used Dr Numb to numb your skin so that you wont feel much pain. :)
