Body issues

I would imagine he has a very strict work out regime, diet, and I'm sure genetics play a big part in it too.

What are you doing to lose weight... or more accurately, to make your belly smaller?

To look like the guy below, you will need to begin lifting weights. If you have not tried it you may be intimidated, but I urge you to give it a try. You will be pleased with your early results.

What exercise and dieting regimens have you tried so far and for how long have you been dedicated to these plans? To look like the hunk in your example will take 2-3 years of arduous dieting, proper eating, proper sleep and most important proper weight lifting program. And even then, you will lose weight and become more fit and toned, but there is no guarantee your body will transform into the guy you want. Sometimes our physique development hits a genetic plateau no matter how hard you work at it.

At your age, I think you will be very surprised how rapidly your early muscle progress will come. You should watch what you eat, especially avoid the fatty foods, but dieting to lose is not the most important thing. The weight will come back on faster and easier than it went off, so for now focus on not gaining, while you exercise with weights. The exercise will help you lose.
Do you have a friend who works out with weights? As him to help you get started. And it helps to work out with someone, but it is not essential.

Well,
I actually haven't started any exercises or diets yet. The thing is 5 months ago I was 80 kg with a 95 cm waist. I pretty much started dealing with what I looked like. But then I started my new job (public area in a hotel) and I started losing numbers rapidly. That is why I started even considering exercising again. I used to do crunches and lift dumbbells but nothing happened except for broadening my shoulders a bit. But that was 2 years ago and when I didn't see any improvement on my belly I just gave up.
I don't actually want to look like the guy in the picture (I know that even if I do the same things that he did it doesn't necessarily mean that I will look like him) but still I think it's good to give myself a goal.
Anyway, I decided to post this question to see if I can get an advice on what to start with. I know the usual, like: I have to change my diet, do cardio and lift weights to see any satisfying (for me) results, but the thing is my job is literally draining me and I guess I don't have the will to stick to anything. The good thing is that even though I'm not jogging for 30 min, I am constantly walking for 8 hours a day (hence the lost weight). But I haven't lost neither weight, nor centimeters for the past 4 months (yep, whatever changes happened were in the first month and that was it).
Obviusly, to ask that sort of a question in forum means that I don't have anyone else to ask, also I can't afford a gym membership, not to talk about a personal trainer. I barely afford food. So, if anyone could help me out with what they actually do and eat so I could at least spend my money on something that could help me.
Oh, and forgot to say: I usually come home at midnight and I can't get rid of the habit of eating that late what would you consider appropriate for that time of the night. Also, I've triied cutting down on the carbs as well as fat. I managed to lose most of the fat (to almost none) but I can't stop eating carbs (I actually didn't eat or like for that matter sweet things before I started working, but now I can't stop eating chocolate or biscuits or cookies, cake, ...) I guess its just the way of my body to get the energy to walk for that long.
Sorry, that is long post. I'll sum it up: I don't go to the gym, I am looking for a plan to change my diet and start working out, and the cardio I am doing consists of walking for about 10-15 km a day), and I also have a 7.5 kg dumbbell. If you managed to follow that I'd appreciate your advice.
Thanks!

With that much exercize it should be easy for you to continue losing fat. I suggest you focus on reducing your fat intake. Eat chicken, turkey, fish. Skimmed milk. Vegetables. Avoid red meat, whole eggs, pizza. Eat comples carbs and starches. Avoid sugars. I think you know all this already. The important thing is to focus on a specific reduction of fat as much us as possible rather that a general cutting back of food.
I suggest you google" gaining muscle without weights". For such plans.

The attached side-by-side may help you see the difference between the model's body and your body. The interesting thing is that you both have fairly mesomorphic body types with large arms and broad shoulders.

Where there's a difference is in the proportions is marked with red lines. Your back and chest are out of proportion to your arms. While you're probably focusing on your waist under the assumption that you should diet, that is not going to get you to where you want to be. To change the proportions, you need to eat additional protein and work your upper body with weights and resistance exercises. If you broaden your back and build up your pecs, you will be much more satisfied with your overall appearance.

You didn't really provide a side shot, but it does look like you may want to do core exercises to tone up your abdominal muscles. It doesn't appear that you're carrying an unusual amount of belly fat, so dieting is just going to impede your attempts to add muscle. Once you have added muscle in these areas, you can work on trimming the moderate amount of fat around your waist.

Most body builders would agree with the increased protein to build muscle, with complex carbs, while reducing fat, by emphasizing lower fat protein sources. Weights are the best way to gain muscle, but if you cannot arrange that, you will find plans for building muscle without weights, by googling.
