Book Stores , gay men's hang out ?

*Gag* The quickest way to turn me off is to act like this. You don't have to be an obnoxious jock either, but classy isn't sexy to me. Guys should be a bit dirty and burp more. If you look too clean-cut I will think you have a low self-image of yourself. Nothing turns me off more than the Queer Eye metrosexual look. There's nothing really erotic about that at all. They're Crab People lol.

Also speak English, and intelligence doesn't impress me much as having a sense of humor and being a compassionate person.

Gay snobs = yuck.

Oh damn is this the safe discussion? I'll try to be nicer. *Halo*

I'll have to agree with you a bit there. All though some metro guys are hot aslong as they don't look too girly (in my opinion) and no I don't like the snobby types either. I have had two friends in high school and when they came out they became complete snobs thinking their were better than everyone else because they were...out. Also another friend of mine has came out and he acts, well really really stereotypically gay, the whole girly giggles, and fenemine clothes, it's a huge turn off. In my opinion anyway. Because in my philosophy being gay is being attracted to the same sex, so acting like the opposite sex is there for unattractive. That's my own opinion anyway, sorry to anyone who feels otherwise.

Well back to the topic, there's a bookstore I visit a lot to check out overpriced stuff and they have a coffee section too, but I haven't really seen many guys there, I think some days I'm the only guy who goes there, it's usually filled with mums and their children and a few old ladies...it must be a city thing for gay guys to hang out in bookshops. But now reading all these posts, I'll keep a look out next time I enter any book stores. :D

well at least now I have the balls to openly without hidding check out the gay and lesbian section at barnes and nobles !

Wow I dont think i ever realized how much book stores like barnes and nobles and borders are filled with single gay men.

The world is filled with single gay men.

If you want to find the right guy for you, go to the places that interest you -- that's where you'll find other single gay men who are interested in the same things.
