The same way you get your hole clean before letting a guy fuck you: use an enema, or buy an anal syringe (you can find them at most drugstores like CVS or Walgreens) and follow the directions on the box. It’s often called “douching”. If you don’t have a douche available and you’re really horny, just put a condom on your dildo that way any amount of shit will be on the condom and you can just throw it in the garbage. You will still have to clean your dildo but at least you won’t have to clean shit off of it.
