No need to be sorry. Though, do you know how many couples have applied and are still waiting versus those that have been granted visa's to return? When you check the stats out let us know.

I'm not sure. I do know that many binational couples that have been working with Project DOMA have gotten green cards approved,(at least 40 so far per their facebook page.)
I would say simply from having a friend who works for INS that in Brent's case,his and Steve's twitter pages are something that will most certainly be used against him.
I understand the points you made earlier but the fact remains the easiest way for Brent to resolve his visa problems would be through his marriage to Steve,which at this point appears to be one of business more then anything,which really will hurt his chances.
A shame too,he's one of the few porn stars I've actually met and he was very friendly and down to earth.
But sad to say,I don't htink he'll be back in the U.S. any time soon.

That was one of the last good films Channel 1 releasing put out. You look at their website now and it's a mess.
