It could have the complete opposite effect for several reasons. The new class in those countries would act as a magnet to more countrymen wanting to immigrate.

It would weaken whatever institutions exist in those country's and further destabilize that country, leading to an even bigger exodus. This new class would also be in politically powerful position, way more powerful than a few others.

Please be more specfic. Which countries exactly would fall apart? England? The Middle East? The whole world?

Further it shouldn't really matter. We aren't even discussing the Islamic poor, rather we are talking about their rich. It's a view that can easily be derived from the fact that Bin Laden, who came from a very wealthly family in Saudi Arabia, never blew himself up, just convinced other people to. I also haven't heard of anyone who actually attends OPEC meetings of blowing themselves up, but they fund people who do.
