Britney does sing. She dosent sing live because she does intencive,tiring dance routines in tight costumes and in heels !

First of all nothing happened in Austrailia, I hate it when people say Austrailia ! It happened in Perth ! One area in Austrailia ! The rest of the areas in Austrailia loved the concert and in Perth only one journalist made that lie up and Austrailian fans rushed to Britney\'s aid on Twitter telling her how awesome she was in concert. And plus who cares if shes lip synching ! She\'s Britney !!!!

I am not obsessed anymore but i still love her alot.

I guess because she went away for so long after In The Zone.


Rihanna is my new princess. She gives me life. She also kept pop alive in Britneys absence.

However, the reason why i know i still love Britney is because i was on my 5th date with someone who i really liked and while driving home "Everytime" started playing on the radio and i turned it up and started singing. Then the person i was with asked me who was that and i said, "helloooo, its Britney bitch."


Then the person said, "i don't like her she is a washed up talentless whore."


I just was in shock and i was so infuriated. I said stop the car now. And i got out slammed the door and walked my ass the rest of the way home. He was driving beside me for about 5 minutes while i was walking asking me if i am serious and to get back in the car...i just said fuck off and kept walking.


Noone disrespects my Britney...hell to the no.



I have only ever been true fans of 2 people. And thats Britney and Rihanna. With both of them it was an instant connection.

I loved them even before i knew what they looked liked.

I was in the car in 1998 and "Baby One More Time" came on and i was like who is this? This song is awesome. Then she ruled my life up until 2004.

with Rihanna i was at the club in 2005 and "Pon de Replay" came on and i was liek who is this girl? As soon as i went home i googled "Pon de Replay" and i been with Rihanna ever since.


Yes i like other artists; but i would never end friendships/relationships over them.

Thats what i used to say back in the day to defend Britney; but Lady Gaga made me realize that that is not true.

Gaga sings live and does tough choreography at the same time so as much as i love Britney i cant use that excuse anymore.

Also Since "In The Zone"....Britney does not dance anymore. She just walks around and looks sexy. I don't know what happened to her.

In any event Britney might not be Celine Dion but she can sing. She won Star Search when she was a little girl and in her MTV episode of Driven they showed her belting out songs at a country fairs and all the people said they couldn't believe that big voice came out of such a little girl.


And she has a song called, "Where Are You Now" where she actually hits a highnote. I remember the first time i heard it i almost had an orgasm. It was such a surprize because she had never reached for those notes before.


It like when Rihanna hit the first high notes of her music in Russian Roulette i had an instant orgasm. I was so proud of my girl. Sticking it to the haters that said she cant sing.



As soon as the Ooops video came out me and my friends taped it and learned the choreography the same day and we would always do the routine. My friend was shorter than me so he got to be Britney most of the times; but luckily he sprained his ankle and broke his little toe during gym class and was in a wheel chair for 2 weeks so for the next 3 weeks i got to be Britney when we did the dance...it was so awesome.


I loved the song Not A Girl, Not Yet A Woman. I thought for sure it was going to be a top 10 hit and get her a Grammy but it wasn't meant to be.


Anyways i got the instrumental and i found a cave near a beach and a cliff and i got one of my friends to made a video of me doing the boy version called, Not A Boy, not Yet A Man.


It came out so awesome.

Omg for the life of me when 3 was released on the radio stations I went to youtube to look for it and found this other bonus/unreleased track and it was totally her but cannot find it. It was slower a little more than mid tempo.

Australians have always valued people who really can perform - which is why an artist like Pink is so highly regarded here. Oh and she has no problem putting on a high energy show while actually singing live...and doing it very well.

I think we can expect alot more from Britney in the next era..if u see towards the end of the tour or even 2nd half..she seemed to have tons more confidence than when she started..even in the video for '3'...love that song ..

I tottaly agree with On The Edge ! Most of the austrailian articles were crap ! The Austrailian people loved the tour ! Its just those damn critics.

I think this entire era was Britney just testing the waters and getting her confidence back. I fully intend her to come back fierce as ever with the next album.
