And Glafna, I know where you are coming from by saying its not fair for us to be saying "Thank God" lol, but she filed for divorce for a reason.
She was obviously unhappy or she wouldnt be getting a divorce, now she doesnt have to worry about it. Im happy for her.

The former backup dancer and aspiring rapper is also seeking spousal support.
"Kevin is prepared to go the distance in order to do what he feels is necessary to protect and safeguard the children and will not be intimidated or dissuaded from pursuit of those goals," said Michael Sands, spokesman for Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan.

Why didn't he sue for custody of the two kids he has with Shar Jackson?

I'm thinking he sued for single custody because this time around he want's to be with his kid's as much as possible, and the spouse support is incase his rapping career doesn't work out. I mean really, about 1 in 5 musicians/bands that try for the bigtime flop, and a decent chunk out of those who make it turn out as 1 hit wonders.
